We are licensed REALTORS® who specialize in the Orange County real estate market and are members of both the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the California Association of Realtors (CAR). We sell real estate all over Orange County and especially enjoy historic homes or homes with unique architecture. We live in Old Town Tustin and are very familiar with Orange County’s historic districts.

We know what it’s like to restore a historic home and are currently restoring our 1914 Craftsman home. We are very familiar with the intricacies of a historic home, from plumbing to electrical, and can give you some solid advice on what you can expect when you buy one. We can also give you some tips for finding old photos of your historic home or help you find resources that will make your restoration easier.
