New Listing in Old Town Tustin: Two on a Lot

We just took a new listing in Old Town Tustin. Actually, we took it about a week ago but I’ve had some technical difficulties on this site which is why I’m just posting it right now.

The new listing is a charming 1928 California Bungalow with a large guesthouse in back. The bungalow has lots of character with hardwood floors, coved ceilings, and archway between the living room and dining room and a shabby chic style vintage bathroom. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a nice sized attic for extra storage. The kitchen has been upgraded with maple cabinets and granite countertops. It’s really cute house. It also has a nice sized back patio and yard that could be used to grow a vegetable garden.

The back unit is of more modern construction. According to the owner, it was built in the 1980′s. It’s a two-story, three bedroom house with lots of windows. The living room has high ceilings and it has two bedrooms and one bathroom on the lower level. The kitchen is a nice size with maple cabinets and big sliders that go out into the yard. Upstairs is an office, a bedroom and a bathroom. The yard is a good size with plenty of space for summer entertaining or summer BBQ’s.

This is a terrific property – you can walk to Concerts in the Park at Peppertree Park or to the weekly Organic Farmer’s Market. You can also walk to downtown Old Town to stroll along El Camino Real or visit one of the many mom-and-pop restaurants and shops.
